Sometimes you need to stand still to move forward ... In today's fast-paced world, where our attention is constantly being fought for. It can become increasingly difficult to know or feel that we are on the right path.

So many distractions take us away from our innate?guidance system which most people don't tune in to or listen to.

When we don't listen, on many occasions our body gets the message through to us, usually?with some form of ailment, mental physical, or emotional.

- When did you last check in to yourself and just stand still?

- When did you last take time to just observe?

- Is your body or mind trying to tell you something?

Sometimes you just need to stand still...so you can move forward in the best, most abundant, and fulfilled way that you can.
