Alright class, who detests award ceremonies? 

Well maybe the ones who hates ceremonies the most are the employees and volunteers who never get recognized because they don't "fit in" to the loveless culture of "feed me-pay me-abuse my feelings I'm okay as long as I have a j.ob." 

One man in the Washington DC/Virginia/Maryland area actually said that he was just so sick and tired of corporate crapola...but he actually did something about it.

I'll let him tell you his unceremonious story...called for lack of a better phrase: "Amazing Grace."  What ever you learn from your own working situation, just remember this:

You may not be celebrated, but you'll possibly have lower self-esteem if you stay where you feel trapped because you're just being tolerated. 

Celebrate your life...and as always...Create Greatness.
