Sometimes we are pushed in to new challenges in our professions.

A widow reached out to me about videoing her late husband's memorial service. I explain to her that I specialize in photography, not videography and that photography is very different than videography. She share with me that she had family who lived out of town and would not be able to make it to the memorial service, she is desperate for a videographer. Again I explain to her that I wasn't comfortable booking her for videography since I'm not a professional videographer and would be more comfortable covering the event as a photographer. She share with me that her late husband who was also a photographer, she knows how photographers can be very critical about their work sometimes. She insisted on video and said what I can put together would be great.
