Sometimes just two words are what are needed

Two monks were returning to the monastery in the evening. It had rained and there were puddles of water on the roadsides. At one place a beautiful young woman was standing unable to walk across because of a puddle of water. The elder of the two monks went up to her lifted her and left her on the other side of the road, and continued his way to the monastery. In the evening the younger monk came to the elder monk and said, “Sir, as monks, we cannot touch a woman.”
The elder monk answered, “yes, brother”. Then the younger monk asks again, “but then Sir, how is that you lifted that woman on the roadside ?” The elder monk smiled at him and told him ” I left her on the other side of the road, but you are still carrying her.” Almost always, we hold things, memories, past events, people, and then we cringe. ‘Why me?’ If you ask me to define life in 2 words, it would be ‘Let go’. ‘Let go’ of frustration with your life. ‘Let go’ of things which cause stress. ‘Let go’ of Anger and bitterness. ‘Let go’ of painful relationships and memories. Because life is ‘Now’. “If you let go a little, you will have a little peace. If you let go a lot, you will have a lot of peace.” ~Ajahn Chah
My mom once said "life resembles information the more you imagine that you've dominated every little thing about it the greater blockhead you are" I didn't exactly comprehended that when she disclosed to me that yet now after such a long time I've perceived what she was attempting to cause me to comprehend. Much the same as information which is perpetual and very incomprehensible for one to know each moment insight concerning all that always existed, life is likewise interminable it'll be everlastingly even after one's passing it'll be there so it's additionally very difficult to have a deep understanding of it.
Life is extremely confounded. The more you'll attempt to decode the importance of it the more convoluted it'll get. It shifts from individual to individual so perhaps my point of view won't be equivalent to you which is totally fine. Along these lines, as I would like to think we should quit burning through our time in thinking that its importance and rather we should begin living it all the more vivaciously and noticing it all the more distinctly. Thusly we probably won't get the entire importance however we'll have the option to be upbeat and substance with our lives.
No Rehearsal in life. Unless you are a host in a reality show, you don’t get to live basically the same life multiple times, possibly getting better at it. Truly realizing and understanding that life is not a dress rehearsal is probably the most important thing you have to do to live the rest of your life the way you want. A lot of you procrastinate. And a lot of you do a lot of things that aren’t truly important to you. It’s your life. Don’t let others tell you what to do. Of course, understand there are consequences. But unless you are doing something illegal or can’t pay your bills, who cares? As the saying goes, The people that matter, don’t mind. And the people that mind, don’t matter.

"Nodus Tollens” Imagine yourself in a situation where you're having the time of your life. The days are passing by very quickly, a lot of activity is happening in your life, but in between all this you feel satisfied. This happiness or satisfaction can be due to anything- fulfilling work, good relationship, winning a long lost battle etc. You start believing that the novel called life is finally turning meaningful. You sit back and tracing each thread, each sign, each “random” event that led you where you are right now.
You try recognising omens which you encountered throughout your journey. Now you have a feeling of excitement, a part of your heart wants to read everything that is written on the subsequent pages because you know the pages in this novel are quite limited. A feeling very similar when you read your favourite Dan Brown or Gillian Flynn novel. Now consider yourself in a very different scenario. There are times when we think the novel which you have read till now is making no sense i.e. you are continuously looking for answers and trying to find and make meaning of your life, but you are not able to.
You thought crossing all these pages will lead you to something more meaningful but more often than not you're still stuck in those meaningless paragraphs. Everything looks so tangled that you start thinking that you'll never find the loose end to set this tangled mess free. You start questioning each of the activity you do. You start thinking whether all these pages will truly lead you to best seller that you thought your life is. You start relating to characters you see on TV, thinking whether your life will life turn to something equally beautiful.
As you thumb through the years, you may never know where this all is going. The only thing you know is that there’s more to the story. That soon enough you’ll flip back to this day looking for clues of what was to come, rereading all the chapters you skimmed through to get to the good parts--only to learn that all along you were supposed to choose your own adventure. This process of feeling remorseful about the fact that your life has no meaning to ultimately realising only you can give it some meaning is called “Nodus Tollens”. I hope this sums up the meaning of life in 2 words. Cheers!
