In our piece last month 'Christmas comes early for our clients' we focused on the critical importance of December and January for new business success. This week, I was reminded of another feature of the festive period: reconnecting and keeping in touch with people that are important to you.

A client just gave us this verbatim feedback: "The timing of Rainmaker's outreach was perfect. Just came off the call and it looks very positive. They're putting a brief together for an initial piece of brand work, to be followed by a more comprehensive piece of work."

And though the brand we reached out to was a lapsed client of theirs – the Marketing Director simply said:? "Sometimes these emails land at the right time!"
