Sometimes the best view is behind you

In our fast-paced world, it's easy to get fixated on what's ahead, striving for the next goal, the next milestone. But, how often do you stop to consider what's behind you?

During a recent bucket list trip with dear friends through the Canadian Rockies earlier this month, I captured these pictures. I was focused on where we were going, but by chance looked back and I almost missed a spectacular view behind us. The views we often overlook, the paths we've traversed, and the obstacles we've overcome are integral to our journey. They shape who we are and guide where we're going.

?? Taking a 360-degree view in life and career isn't just about appreciating the past; it's about gaining a complete perspective, learning from our experiences, and using those insights to inform our future decisions.

?? So, let's ask ourselves: How often do we reflect on our journey? Do we acknowledge the accomplishments and learnings from our past? Are we using these insights to create a more informed and balanced path forward?
