Sometimes Age and Certification count comes alone !

Here are few things which I should ask to myself ?

 1. Do I judge maturity level of person with his/her Age ?

2. Do I seek help/advice from someone on based of his/her Age ?

 3. Will i go for long journey in my friend's car who just has driving license but doesn't have driving skills?

For most of above your answer would be "No". [If "Yes" then just remember Sometime Age comes alone and stop reading this article immediately]

So now we both are on same page and agree on what really matters ! 

If this is the case then i should ask to myself Why I'm so much desperate about certification count ? 

Reason could be many...

For Mr. X here are few reasons.

1. So much hype around count of certificates.

2. So desperate to get the like on my next Post.

3. Want to prove myself GURU in front of all.

4. Just following blindly someone's advice or post.

For Mr. Y here are few reasons.

1. I want to create more opportunity for myself through count of certification so recruiter can easily pick my Profile.

2. I'm so much desperate towards technology hence i challenge myself with new Product/Certification every month and prove myself in front of me.

If you are like Mr. X then you need to think immediately and you must change your path or perspective else you are already entered in the tunnel of Illusion.

If you are like Mr. Y then you need to think immediately and you may change your path or perspective. Because if you hooked with Technology so much then you must think towards building solution which can change the life of others through your technical strength.

I'm not against about certification count at all. It's good to have those count because those count may help you to find better opportunity in your professional growth. (*Not Always*)

If today is your last day of life and if you feel proud about your certification count then you deserve one more life with more certification in next life.

Don't waste your heartbeats and think different. Remember we have limited energy so use your energy in such a way that your energy transform in meaningful work which really impact others.

We are well educated and smart enough but still due to some trap and charisma we behave like typical Bollywood follower.

In the end.....

Someone with certification count (*Only*) can tell you how to fly a plane in 5 days, but can't tell you how to stop a crashing plane.

And companies out there are smart enough to hire a guy who knows how to stop a crashing plane.
