Something wrong with Amazon...

I ordered a water filter from amazon under Prime category. While placing the order, I thought that it will be delivered within 2 days since it comes under the prime category. But, to my dismay, the product dispatched after 3 days! Meanwhile, I shifted my house to a new location in the same city. I updated Amazon people about my new address even before the ordered product got dispatched. They assured me that they will take care of it and the product will be delivered to my new address. After the dispatch, I once again called the Customer care and confirmed myself that my new address got updated for the product to be delivered. They again assured me that everything will be fine. 

After that, I got a call from Amazon delivery guy. That too after 3 days..! Yes, he was standing in front of my Old House and knocking the door. Oops! I immediately called the Customer care again and discussed the matter, they apologized and assured me that they will deliver it to my new address within 2 days. 

Yes, exactly after 2 days I received a call from Amazon delivery person, alas, this time also he was standing in front of my old address! What is wrong with Amazon? I called again. This time also, as usual, they apologized, but they requested me to give one more chance to deliver it to the correct address. But, I was not in a mood to take chance. Giving one more chance means, after 2 days they will again deliver it to my old address and call me...Why should I waste the delivery person's Talk Time. Tell me now, what is wrong with such a big e-company like Amazon?

Yesterday Amazon through Blue Dart picked up the return package and today it is reflected in my account. Today I made next purchase and that amount automatically reduced from the total...amazon.... sorry sorry....amazing...!...thnx...

As Amazon is very big e-company, there is a communication gap between customer care people and delivery people. So delivery people will get paid to do mistakes and customer care people will get paid to apologize. Again also delivery people will knock your old house door only. Better to cancel the current order and re order with new address.
