Something for the visual learners

I wanted to share something a little bit different today.
Offering mentoring advice through writing has its place, and I appreciate all the feedback I get, but sometimes old clichés are true.
A picture really does tell a thousand words!
I've followed the Instagram account, @lizandmollie, by Liz Fosslien and Mollie West Duffy for some time.
It's a visual representation of some of the experiences and emotions we go through at work, reframing them to help you think that little bit differently – especially if you suffer from a lack of self-confidence and self-belief, or are prone to moments of imposter syndrome.
Please give it a follow!
I'm also in the middle of reading Liz and Mollie's book, No Hard Feelings – far too many years after it was first published!
As you can see I'm making quite a few notes in it too!
So today, I thought I'd simply share a seven of my favourites below...
Side note: as I can't embed these properly (blame LinkedIn), I've taken screenshots and then included the links to each one below. Not ideal!
Reframing progress
Personal critiques for wins vs mistakes
A better measure of success
Not every day is the same
Planning vs reality
