Something Out of the Box in Leasing

This afternoon I posted a new Job Order / Opportunity on Linked in, it is a purchased ad, but it really got me thinking because of the way this is structured.
I have recruited for more than 10 years of my 25 years as a Career Consultant, on Wall Street and the remainder of my time has been directly involved in Equipment Leasing/ Structured Finance recruiting.
If anyone wants to jump in and give me some advice or an opinion, please feel free? This opportunity is combining my strengths in both verticals and the client who is building this is a genius, honestly, one of the smartest people I know and he has made his partners wealthy....

CAUTION OUT OF THE BOX THINKING Great Salary and bonus/ commission for the right people!
Our client needs sales people who can follow the money! What do I mean? It is like this....
An Equity House or VC or Investor Group (think Shark Tank) has found a company who makes a product that they sell in the big-ticket range ($500 k to $100 million or more type products)
The investor is putting their money in, because they believe this firm (who has put all their own money and maybe family money and friends... and loans etc... and have cash flow, but need the investor to grow.
When that growth happens, due to the investors infusion of cash, there needs to be more sales right?
The sales person our client is looking for would be calling and connecting with these investors and offering to be the finance solution for the vendor, to finance structured deals that can't get done at the bank. Thus, increasing sales as well as offering Leasing which will have many benefits, and this is an incredible opportunity.
If you understand how to read a General Ledger and have been involved with large specialty finance transactions, can sell relationally, and understand Equipment Leasing in a Structured Finance environment, we need to talk...
If you have a wide variety of experience selling or connecting with Equity Firms, Venture Capitalists, and M&A Firms.... we need to talk. This is something exciting and a different approach, I know... but it is also something where you could have a great salary, support, hang out with some of the smartest people I know (and I have been doing this recruiting thing for 25 years)
