Something fun that brands can get involved with right now.

Something fun that brands can get involved with right now.

To all our friends, clients, former clients, and brand leaders we are connected to through social media:

We have all now been challenged with keeping our heads high and keeping our business functioning, all while continuing to dream up new virtual marketing concepts that keep us connected to our consumers in meaningful ways. These ideas need to deliver a momentary escape from the anxiety and perils that are before us. We need to bring utility, levity, and spectacular fun to the masses, while still delivering responsible brand messaging where appropriate during this strange and trying period. We believe these ideas are possible.

We understand that change is difficult, and new ideas may contain a level of risk, but as leaders of culture, we are obligated to do the right thing and support the people that continue to support our brands.

With this in mind, we want to share a unique opportunity being offered by our wonderful friends at Daybreaker. If you are not familiar with Daybreaker, just watch this spectacular short video that we can all, but guarantee will make your day a little brighter: https://youtu.be/XIYHxfeZFxE

Founded by inspirational speaker and entrepreneur, Radha Agrawal, Daybreaker is a morning dance community with over 500,000 members in 28 cities around the world that inspires humans to start their day unlike any other—by waking up and dancing in iconic spaces, sober, first thing in the morning. Daybreakers method, D.O.S.E., is designed to activate our brain's "happy chemicals": Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins. These are the brain chemicals we desperately desire in times like these. All events start with a one hour yoga and fitness warm-up and then morph into a dance party, interlaced with inspirational thought leadership and beautiful reckless abandon for two hours - all before work.

Just weeks ago, Daybreaker wrapped up Oprah Winfrey's 2020 Vision tour, where the Daybreaker team opened each event with their heartwarming style of fun and mischief - get a taste of that here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLr3qUGYt60.

This past June, Mirrorball partnered Daybreaker with our client Perrier with a sunrise boat party around Manhattan. Like every Daybreaker the event was epic - watch the video here https://vimeo.com/manage/372220735/general

Not ones to sit on their hands when their community needs them most, Radha and her partner Eli have jumped into action and will begin a series of inspirational and interactive live stream events starting tomorrow morning, Saturday 3/21 @ 11am. This will be their first-ever digital event with two-way connectivity - connecting people in their homes directly with the party happening live at a top-secret location.

On behalf of Daybreaker, we would love for you and your families to throw on your P.J.s or a costume and check out this inaugural virtual voyage. We think you will love it. If you do, we would be happy to facilitate your brand's involvement in subsequent events. Please reach out to Tom Stinchfield or myself at Mirrorball, and we can get you complimentary passes for tomorrow and arrange for a conversation with the Daybreaker team next week.

The funds raised from partnerships and ticket sales go directly to keeping the Daybreaker movement, their small staff, and their community of artists afloat. Salaries, rent, insurance, tech—they all have a cost. Every little bit has a big impact. For fans experiencing financial difficulty, the Daybreaker team has created a form through which anyone can access the event by contributing what they can.

In these challenging times for our industry, let's support one another and do what we can to keep our spirits up and the party alive.

With love & light,

Michael & Tom at Mirrorball
