My latest podcast guest, Karim Harbott, studied Math at university.
He works as an Agile coach.
What the hell does math have to do with Agile?
While we're at it, what's Agile?
Something doesn't add up.
But it did add up.
Karim explained it all to me, in addition to why he founded his own Agile consultancy, the Agile Centre, and how public speaking has benefited him.
Check out the interview. It was an interesting one.

PUBLIC SPEAKING TIP
Filler words like um and you know may be annoying to some, but using them may make you seem conscientious.
According to?this study, those who use words like?I mean, you know, and like?may be seen as more conscientious by others.
I'm a fan of limiting filler words anyway.
Those who are put off by filler words will listen if you minimize them. Those who aren't put off by filler words will listen if you minimize them.
You'll increase the number of people who'll listen.
And isn't that the whole point?
All for now. Have a great week!
