When Indian billionaire Ratanji Tata was asked by a radio presenter in a telephone interview: "Sir, what is the happiest moment in your life, can you tell me about it"?
Ratanji Tata said: "I went through the four stages of happiness in life and finally understood the meaning of true happiness."
The first stage was to accumulate wealth and resources. But at this stage I did not enjoy it as much as I wanted.
Then came the second phase of collecting valuables. But I realized that the effect of this is also temporary and the shine of precious things does not last long.
Then came the important third phase. At that time I had 95% diesel supply in India and Africa. I also owned the largest steel factory in India and Asia. But even here I did not get the pleasure of imagination.
The fourth phase was when a friend of mine asked me to buy a wheel chair for some disabled children. There were about 200 children. At the suggestion of a friend, I immediately got a wheel chair .But the friend insisted that I go with him and give the wheelchair to the children myself. I went with them. There I gave wheelchairs to all the deserving children with my own hands. I saw a strange glow of happiness on the faces of these children. I used to see all of them in wheelchairs moving around and having fun. As if all those children had reached the picnic spot, as if it was some kind of victory festival. That day I felt true happiness inside me. when I started to go back from there, one of the boys grabbed my leg. I gently tried to release my leg, but the boy didn't let go and he looked at my face and held my leg tightly. I leaned over and asked the boy: “Do you want anything else?” Then the answer the boy gave me, not only shocked me but changed my outlook on life completely.
