I'm fired up! ????????

Last Saturday I finished the World Class Speaker 5-Day Challenge with Les Brown and Kane Minkus. And, as I expected, it was mind-blowing since Day 1. ??

Les (Brown) is "something". The man has the gift of decades of experience. ??

Then comes Kane (Minkus) with his expertise on how to use stories to establish our authority and scale our businesses. And, how to bring our stories to the virtual environment, so we keep serving our clients no matter what! And this is what I want to talk to you today.

It was such an AMAZING experience that I decided to run my own Challenge and share with you EVERYTHING I've learned from Les and Kane.

Why am I doing this? For the very same reason Les and Kane did. As leaders, we have to step forward and show our support to our communities when needed.

This 2020 has been one-of-a-kind year, and there are many people struggling to keep going with their careers and businesses. And we, the ones in business who deal directly with communication and leadership, know that the ability to communicate effectively is what gives us the skills to show our greatness to the world. And by showing our greatness to the world we position ourselves above the noisy crowd and... remain in business and attractive to our markets.??

However, many entrepreneurs, business owners, corporate and professionals in general, keep themselves in the "background" of their businesses or careers (especially women), not daring to put themselves forward and speak up. There are several reasons for that behaviour, and the most common is >> FEAR. Fear of exposure; Fear of not knowing how to express themselves; Fear of judgment... all sorts of Fear.

As Les Brown said in his presentation F.E.A.R. means two things:

1. Forget Everything And Run
2. Face Everything And Rise

Let's rise! ??

You might have been keeping yourself small, in the background, and you know that you could BE, and give, more to the world. 

I guess right now you might be the "best kept secret in your field"... 

Are you ???

So, let's change that!

Let's find and unleash that voice that you know (and I know it too) you have inside of you. Let's get it out in a shape and form that will resonate with the audience you want to reach, the audience you want to create an impact with your story, because you know you can help them to improve their lives.

Let's take you from the background to the foreground so you can become who you are meant to become. Because, guess what, you are here for a reason... And as Mark Twain said, "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why."

This challenge will be about taking you by your hand and helping you, day by day, in a systematic manner, to craft your "defining moment story".

THAT story that was the turning point in your life that made you pave the path to where you are right now. THAT story that you know once you share with others has the potential to create an impact that will move people into action, so they too can live a life of greatness.

It is said that everyone has a story inside that could transform the lives of many. Unfortunately many take their stories to their grave without ever sharing them.

Don't be selfish! There is someone, somewhere, who needs to hear exactly what YOU have to say.

Let's get your story out!
