"Somebody's Watching How You Grind As A Blueprint!" I came up with this title as Black History Month winds down because my supporters remind me every so often. As I Build a Multi Media Billion Dollar Corporation from "Getting It Out The Mud" I stay conscience of this through some who may ask a question here and there, about being a Creative. I'm reflective because I will have my Press Credentials soon. I know it might sound silly but 12 seasons of Middle Ground with JLE L.L.C. "Where We Treat You Like Family" Helping Others Find Their Purpose By Interviewing All Career Fields, I realize I am the Press. Before you laugh, I didn't consider Podcasting as being News Media or Journalism. I can admit I was stuck in the more traditional way of Journalism and News Media.

What changed, I was filming a Former Guest of Middle Ground's Father 100th Birthday Celebration at Renaissance Center in Downtown Detroit. He is a Real Life "GI JOE" Veteran. All the Top people who help govern Detroit and the State of Michigan Legislature came out. I was speaking to a Michigan House of Representative and he mentioned he would be willing to do an interview. Then he said, "I Have to support a Black Journalist". That's when it hit me I was a Journalist. I told my older brother and he said loudly, "Finally You Said It Out Loud!" Then proceeded to break down everything I'm doing and how's there's no difference in traditional news media. I know, I miss some things. I'm human I was stuck on the traditional way of doing it and my way didn't count. Now I know better and that's opening up to utilizing everything in this news media space.

Then I'm reminded people are watching you. This time I stopped and thought about it. I could be creating the blueprint for other upcoming Journalists or Creatives. Before Covid and after I Graduated you couldn't have told me I would be in this News Media space with my own company, growing a base audience, cultivating networking relationships. I accept the responsibility to trust the process of my journey because now I see it will impact others for the good down the road. I celebrate and THANK ALL THE GREAT MEN AND WOMEN IN MY RACE! Who took on the Challenge of their Purpose even if it meant they may DO GREAT THINGS AND THE WEIGHT THOSE GREAT THINGS BRING! It's a sacrifice to see the vision God showed you and to carry it out when no one else can see what you see but will be better off because you make the vision a reality.
