Somebody Needed To Say It

Like many of you, I am nothing less than appalled at the atrocities that were committed last week in Chattanooga to 5 of America's finest. Keep in mind I said "appalled" not "shocked". Unfortunately we live in a world in which thousands of misguided extremists wish to cause us and other peace loving nations harm. What bothers me as much as the attacks that we have encountered is our media and the current administration's willingness to downplay these acts and even make excuses for the culprits. We have reached such a high point of being politically correct and apologetic that somewhere along the way we have forgotten that we are the United States of America. The toughest, bravest, most innovative, patriotic, resourceful, hardworking and determined populations to ever inhabit the earth. I will post more later this week about what we need to do as a society to move forward and restore our honor in this country. Today however, I strongly urge each of you to not only view, but to share the two video links I am including below. Somebody needed to say it and trust me, they did. I'm thankful to be a Veteran, and Tennessean, and most importantly an American.

Another senseless act of violence in the name of Islam, this will not end anytime soon according to speculations from our intel or the threats of those who wish to harm us... But... I can't walk away from this without at least calling foul at claiming that we are a "peace loving nation". Our country has been at war since it's bloody birth during the Revolution. So be it. Furthermore, I say we acknowledge the entire human race as being brave and innovative and such... Only a small percent of this world wish to do harm on others and We will hunt them down and squish them like bugs... I have served this nation and I still do... Many men and women around the world serve the land they call home and they love that land ... I love this land and I also realize that we are not alone on this earth. Yes, bad people hate our way and yes the talking heads of the politico will play the games they always have... I am glad to live where I live but let's not take a tragedy and turn it into a political pulpit for voicing our dislikes to the quote leaders of our land. Give me solutions to problems and not emotional content that just makes me more frustrated. The video of the girl talking is laden with propaganda ... Scenes from 9/11, fireworks and Flags in the background, please! If we want to talk about this issue let's look for ways to prevent this in the future and talk about how to help the families of the fallen, not vent our frustrations with the incompetent humans driving our broken political operations. Thank You and Good Day...Campbell- Out

Prayer changes things. One thing that is hard to keep in mind. Especially during times such as these. GOD didn't allow Barack H. Obama to become the leader of the strongest nation in the world without his [GOD] being "IN IT" And when we curse or grumble about these issues it doesn't help. I love this forum for the purpose of discussing solutions to problems such as this. Thanks for the post. Praise God, Live for Jesus and share the Gospel.
