With many people taking very responsible action and keeping travel and direct contact with people to the minimum during the outbreak of #Coronavirus, I wanted to support you with sharing some tools that will help you manage your team and run your business remotely.
Tools to manage your team and projects:
? Trello.com, Asana.com or Basecamp.com – remotely manage your team, projects and tasks & share updates, allocate responsibility
? Teamviewer.com - be able to see your teams screens & even take over their mouse to make changes
? Pukkateam.com - overcome the feeling of being isolated by being able to see when your team members are free to chat or are on lunch
? Calendly.com, Booklikeaboss.com, Acuityscheduling.com - schedule and manage meetings and appointments with your team and clients
Tools to connect and communicate:
? Zoom.us, Gotowebinar.com, Skype.com or Google Hangouts - great platforms for video conferencing, online meetings – smaller and bigger, webinars & even break out rooms for teams & groups
? Belive.tv allows you to live stream your message and communicate with the audience effectively
? Slack.com - a message based team communication free software which can be segmented into multiple teams and projects
? Krisp.ai - if you running calls from home & you want to block out the background noise like washing machine or kids screaming, then Krisp does this for you
? Loom.com – helps you create short video explanations for your team, colleagues or customers
? Otter.ai – helps you with transcribing meetings in order to distribute minutes easily
In every crisis there is growth & opportunity, so shift your focus to what is possible with this situation, how can you manage, deliver, serve & adapt?
And – of course, take all the other necessary measures to stay in a good health, like increase your personal hygiene and wash your hands more frequently than before, keep your C vitamin levels high, drink lots of warm water and take reasonable action to minimise your in person contact and travel.
