Some Tips of the Installation of Shock Pad

The shock pad is installed directly under artificial grass to deliver additional shock absorbency.and protect the people who play on the artificial grass.

To make sure the grass plat. there are some tips which can help to install the shock pad easily.

Step 1 Roll out the first roll according to the field draw. The first roll mustalign with the base line. Or please move gently from one direction. Press the first Shock pad with heavy stuff after adjustment. Allowing at least 30cm over at each end. It’s very important to keep the first roll in line.

Step 2. Lay down the second sports artificial grass roll next to the first one.

Step 3. Weld the Shock pad with our special welding machine (Hot air gun).No pulls during welding. It is suggested to continue this step at a temperature below 30℃.
