Some see hopeless end and other see an endless hope

#newdaynewchapter is a Blog narrative started on March 1, 2021 co-founded by Kishore Shintre & Sonia Bedi, to write a new chapter everyday for making "Life" and not just making a "living"
It is all up to our mindset how we perceive things in life, some people may get depressed with some problems that seem never ending for them, whereas for other people these are just testing times and they are always hopeful that the problems would be over one day for sure. The way I figure it is that we are all born with materially “nothing”. Our health and well-being is everything. A good brain and a well physical body, and a strong constitution or drive to survive are paramount.
And if you find yourself without anything, then you use those things to obtain what you need in order to gain something. The key is not to allow yourself time to become what is seemingly “beat”. There is a saying: “An idle mind is the Devil’s workshop.” So, there have been times in my personal life that I thought I had nothing yet I had more than what I needed to survive and thrive. A person must surround themselves with those people and things who inspire them and it is an amazing transition.
Of course, if I had nothing today, drawing from experience, I would make a plan. A physical body can withstand a 16 hour day, or even a 24 hour day in order to achieve those plans. Because we can't live on nothing. It would be so convenient, never having needs. But there are a few things we, as human beings, need in order to live. The good news is, the things we truly need are few, and easy to come by. The things we imagine we need are infinite, and will never satisfy.
And you want to live, depending on nothing. Concerned about nothing, stressed about nothing, content with everything. Happy with the little things, and feeling at ease, hopefully some peace of mind. Sure, everybody wants that, right? If only if it were so easy… I say, it's time to wake up, grow up, get a grip, and accept that it. It is so easy to live happily live on nothing. It's so easy, in fact, that we fabricate and imagine we need things that we don't actually need, to stay entertained and occupied. If you want to live on nothing, and be at ease, here is how you do it. First, this list.
Things those are actually needed : Oxygen, Water, a decent variety of food, homeostasis. our human body must retain specific conditions in order to function, such as a body temperature no lower than 28 degrees Celsius and no higher than 40, as well as not exploding. Decent shelter like an environment that supports homeostasis. Good clothes to wear and good quality sleep. No one knows what sleep really is, or why we need it in the first place but you actually need sleep. How much sleep is debatable and depends on the person, but regardless, if you don't sleep at all you will sleep. You have no other option. We also need work to earn our living and wifi connection to be connected to the world online.
That's it basically. Those are the things you actually need in order to live. You can't live with nothing, but you can live with just 6 things. And there's more good news that everything you actually need is convenient and relatively easy to have, especially in today's world. Once you've got all 6 of those needs covered what else is needed? There has to be more to living than just those 6 things, or at least that's how it seems. What do we need, in order to be happy? But there as more things needed in life to live happily in society.
Like friendship. Whoever or whatever friends they may be, true friendship is the greatest gift of life. Your family, friends, pets, plants, anyone who lifts you up and gives your life meaning. Some fun. Those who cannot find time for recreation, are soon to find time for illness. Don't forget to have fun, and enjoy the moment. Some expression of your mind. Whether it's creating art, or experiencing the art of another, expression is a big deal for humans. Feeling connected to others, and sharing our experiences through expression.
Now once we have these things, it is surprisingly easy to have all of the needs in your life fulfilled, every day. All you have to do, is think about what you want. You can want many, many things. Sometimes you want something that you actually need, like food and sleep. But most of the time, you want things that you don't actually need at all. Then there are some wants but may not be needs like sex. If you're an adult with a normal human libido, you really want sex. But, though it may be hard to accept but you don't really need it. It's definitely one of the most significant experiences within a human life, but it's not a need. Plenty of people get by on their own, and live just fine.
Wealth. You don't need wealth in order to live, or in order to be happy. "Poverty," when measured by the needs of nature, is great wealth indeed. But "wealth," when progressing beyond natural needs to the point of vanity, is great poverty. Money, on its own, does nothing and has imaginary value. Having a lot of money can be very convenient, and make you happier if you don't have to struggle to make ends meet. But once you reach a certain amount of money, it starts to add more stress and obligation onto you, because you have to manage your money and worry about what would happen if you lost it.
Fame and fortune. If being famous actually made people any happier, safer, or less stressed, it would be great! of course but it doesn't. Seek friendship, not fame. Fitting in the society. Fitting in doesn't make you part of the whole, it renders you insignificant, a blur amongst the masses. You know yourself. Trust yourself. Be yourself. A legacy. No matter who you are or what you do… your legacy shall drift away, blown into eternity, like the sands of the desert. You are alive, here, now. This is your time. And before long, you will be forgotten to the eternal span of time. Even the greatest human legend will be gone, as though it never existed, as the human race vanishes and all is consumed in the fire of nuclear fusion or whatever.
How do you live with almost nothing? Acknowledge what you actually need. Find ways to have easy access to the things you actually need, so you don't have to worry about them. Stop thinking that you need things that you only want. Don't overindulge in your wants— the losses of overindulgence often aren't worth the gains. Find a few good friends, whoever they may be, and hold each other up.
Learn to appreciate and enjoy as many things as possible, and don't waste energy on wanting meaningless things that you don't have. Look for the bare necessities, the simple bare necessities. Forget about your worries and your strife. I mean, the bare necessities are mother nature's recipes that bring the bare necessities of life. Be a minimalist by nature so that things you need will come to just first six. Cheers!
Then , suddenly , the man who is hopeless becomes hopeful , and the man who is hopeful becomes hopeless . It takes only one car accident to change a perspective .
