Each of our women brings unique strengths, and together, they form an irreplaceable force that drives our mission and vision forward.

These are the first thoughts which come to mind when I think of these ladies as a group…..

I believe as the only male working in a predominantly female environment, important perspectives are learnt, which are very different from a predominantly male environment….. For me, the natural inherent level of care immediately cones to mind. This, coupled with a sense of humour, and at the same time remaining absolutely professional and ethical, has influenced me to be more caring of customers / clients. Also, attention to detail while having a caring mindset. These attributes are common to all these ladies, yet they each remain unique with their personalities and traits. None of these people are a pushover! ….. I also believe that they all have endlessly enquiring minds, and relish the resolving of issues and growing in knowledge as they seek and find answers, often to complex technical questions and issues. The mindset of maintaining a continually learning approach is exemplary. There is a common thread in the group to collaborate and co-operate, without any hint of professional jealousy. This is a special, rare and unique group….. and in no way are these comments patronizing in nature. The feedback which these ladies have received from clients validates what is said here.

My standout moments are related to when we visited Switzerland together. People are often different in the workplace and out of the workplace. There is a large element of FUN, which is so important in this tough world, and softens the brutality of life in the business world.

I can’t say much about this. Even though I am in the minority, I am never led to feel like “the only man” or that there was a sexist culture. This proves that a powerful group of people (women) can work and synergize very well together.

We want to give a special shoutout to Ed for all his hard work and insights. Ed is definitely a key part of what makes our team tick. His support and wisdom truly make a difference. Thanks, Ed, for everything you do!
