Some Problems When Use FRP Storage Tank

FRP storage tank as one container equipment, had been widely used in the chemical industry, manufacturing, machinery and other industries, because of the corrosion resistance, light quality and low price advantages of FRP material. FRP tank had been well received at present. The FRP tank produced by Zhongzhen had been constantly innovating as a representative of the industry. In the process of use, what should we pay attention to?

1.Do not load heavy objects on the top of the FRP storage tank at will. Negative pressure is strictly prohibited for the atmospheric pressure storage tank.

2.It is not allowed to take over and apply load. Effective vibration avoidance measures should be set for the takeover with vibration source.

3.Keep away from fire and heat sources.

4.Pressure FRP storage tank (FRP container, FRP tower),its maximum working pressure, are not allowed to exceed the design specified value, unless specially designed. Besides the vibration source (stirring, recoil device) cold and hot pipe should be isolated and supported with the tank.

5.Atmospheric pressure FRP storage tank is connected with the atmosphere of the hydrostatic tank, especially the vertical flat bottom tank. And you should ensure that the tank and the atmosphere smooth good, not due to empty, feed or temperature changes with pressure (positive and negative pressure).

6. It is only used under the design premise. The use medium (including medium concentration), temperature and pressure can not be changed at will.
