Some People Don’t And Will Never Exaggerate, They Only Remember Big.

As Innovative Leaders, we cannot dream ourselves into a character; we must hammer and forge one for ourselves because if we want our dreams to come true, we must wake them up. Our vision can only become clear when we look into our heart because those of us who look outside only dream while those who look inside are focused and awakens. It is important for us not only to know what we want to do, but to also know why we want to do it because motives matter. When we do stuff for the right reasons to make positive difference in the lives of others and our team, it gives us inner strength even when things don’t go right. Our unselfish motives will always help us to build positive relationships because it prevents a hidden agenda and allows us to put others ahead of our agenda. As long as we keep doing things for the right reasons our life is less cluttered and our path and vision will always stay clearer. It’s important that we take some time to reflect and explore our intentions and attitude regularly to know and truly discover ourselves, that way we can easily grow our self. Remember, a thought which does not result in an action is nothing much. And, an action which does not proceed from a thought is nothing at all because to think is easy but to act is difficult and to act as we think is the most difficult of all.
