The Royal Society of Medicine AV Team at 1 Wimpole Street are holding a technology showcase on Wednesday 26th April 2017, 11:00-16:30.
Originally as a showcase for internal stakeholders it has grown into a mini AV show and we would like to share some of this current and emerging technology with our industry colleagues.
We have focused on the technology opportunities out there for meetings and events and will mock up small boardroom and huddle spaces along with demonstrating Virtual Reality applications for meetings, the latest audio solutions, innovative digital signage and the forefront of interactive display systems.
Suppliers in attendance will be: Crestron: demonstrating room signage and the new Mercury tabletop conference system. Sennheiser: with the Team Connect audio system, LSP 500 wireless PA system and Mobile Connect streamed audio via WiFi. Panopto: Webcasting , lecture capture and video management platform. Mativision: Virtual reality for meetings and events. Clevertouch/Sahara: Demonstrating the Clevertouch Pro84" - an interactive display that has it all. Giant iTab: It's a giant smartphone, great for wayfinding, information point, marketing etc. Signagelive: the intuitive and versatile signage system we use at the RSM. Top-Tec/Dalen: standing huddle space. Panacast: ingenious 180' VC camera with intelligent digital zoom. D2i Systems Engage event management software. Catchbox: is a customisable microphone you can throw around the audience during Q & A. Group Dynamics: A tablet based interactive platform for enhancing audience participation in events - utilising RFID.

Please come along and view the tech with us , we will also have regular tours of our Guy Whittle Auditorium AV systems. Representatives of every technology will be on hand to answer questions and demo products.
