The Third Edition: Integral Index
We're getting ready to release the full report of our Index. It's chock-full of data from our work with The Harris Poll on what creates a positive or negative employee experience. For example:
"Managers overall are far more likely than non-managers to report positive experiences and attitudes – but frontline managers, who lead the majority of the workforce, are often less positive than middle and upper managers."
This means the people leaders who guide and interface with your customers or clients aren't in a good place to do that. The Third Edition Integral Index has information on how to handle that.
