There are some new ways for you to get Classroom Monitor training and support,

Training Webinars

These are live, online training sessions that are free to access and are open to anyone that uses Classroom Monitor. They will run twice a week at the same time, and will focus on particular topics. Many of the topics will rotate, so if you miss one you should be able to catch it again in the future.

Each session will be run for half an hour by one of our training experts. They will talk about and demo how to use the particular aspects of Classroom Monitor that are relevant to the topic. Questions can be asked via the online chat that’s part of the webinar and we can follow up with you individually should you have specific issues that arise from the session. 

Classroom Monitor Surgery

The surgeries are for face-to-face support with our training experts. Here’s how it works: a member of our team will spend a day in a venue near you, and will be available for one hour time slots. You can book one slot and use that time to discuss anything Classroom Monitor related. We can cover technical help, general training, curriculum support, and any usage questions from your staff – the floor is yours!

The first surgery will run in Walsall on Tues 6th June.

Road Shows

Our final roadshow of the academic year will be held in Bristol on 22nd May. Places are booking up fast, so be sure to fill out this form to reserve your space as soon as possible.

The first part of the roadshow gives you a full run down of the DfE's recent reports and announcements. In the second half we show off new features in Classroom Monitor that'll make it faster for you to generate data and reports, and easier to track progress how you want to.

In School Training

We also offer half day, in-school training sessions. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to book in a date.

Online Training Centre

This is a great first point of call when you have a query about how to use Classroom Monitor. It’s full of quick courses, help files, video tutorials and much, much more. The training centre is updated regularly to support you in the best possible way. Every page in Classroom Monitor has a link to the training centre that will relate directly to what you're working on at that moment  - just click the 'need help?' button.
