Some Leaders are Born
I finished training some leaders we have in the Oil and Gas sector on Thursday 20th of April and my return flight from Abuja to Lagos was billed for 2:10pm. Air Peace Limited subsequently postponed the flight twice because they had a bird attack on two of their planes and a weary me was unnaturally calm.
However, the Anambra and Imo flights eventually were canceled leading to an uproar and when it was almost getting out of hand, in comes His Excellency Mr. Peter Obi Obi displaying one of the Leadership theory's I just taught "Trait Leadership theory" which posited that Some Leaders are born with natural leadership qualities.
An uproar that was on, for more than 3 hours was doused by Mr Peter Obi's calm Demeanor, he addressed everyone and pleaded for calm. It was like Magic!!!
and those of us meant for Lagos eventually got boarded.
Got to Lagos eventually around 9pm and despite being jet lagged I was super pumped
Indeed some Leaders are born!
