It’s September and that ‘back to school' feeling is here.

For some of us it is literal - but for me, I’ve got until 9th September. So, as you’re reading this I’m on a last-minute pre-school getaway in a little beach town called Sagunto.

You might recall some key employment changes from the King's Speech in July, particularly regarding ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting for employers with 250+ staff.
