SOME GOLDEN PRINCIPLES TO CONTROL FRUTRATION & LOW SELF ESTEEM IN SOCIAL CHALLANGES

* Do not waste energy in long plans and anxious with un-necessary details in which one may lose the inertia. So, cut your coat according to your cloth.
* Have simple practical short achievable goals and on accomplishment, have self appreciation for self confidence. So cut down a big goal/plan in sub goals but stick energy in the task in hand.
* Think in writing to jot down step of activities and related after shoots as flow of fantasies and fear of failure blocks a person's energy toward low esteem and poor self concept.
* No body is perfect, accept failure like success in coping with the situation. Once decided on a plan, take immediate action without great expectations to keep the moral.
* Always relearn from failures as success depends on a meaningful analysis and feed back for self correction and self achievement.
* A smart achiever always loves his unique?personality and just listens criticism with a positive outlook to further sharp his skills.
* A person under a stressful situation, relax with deep breathing exercise after short nap and a bath, fits his personality to cope the situation without deceiving self under stress??
* Always be flexible but stead fast. In social challenges adjust within a situation and through struggle then turn to be the master of the situation/environment.
* Control self from taking too much suggestions as a?person who takes the responsibilities to face the situation and he comes to know his positive and negative aspects of personality. People just take it easy as fun and pleasures but wearer knows where the shoe pinches.
No expectations no depression, have self control to handle the situation. Take proper help but do not blindly dependent on the miracles as Nature help those who help themselves in struggle to handle a situation.
