Some Fun Ahead

Last month, Elaine Dunphy and I had our latest cool and monthly convo on Joy and body movement. That led to an immediate idea. And we shared and expanded here and here. Yesterday, we practiced Joyfulness and Zeal in delivering on that idea. Joyfulness and Zeal. It was JaZ Time, lol.

We had a blast, and the idea is growing; evolving. There will be more, and we are bringing the dance. Elaine and I are combining forces on a social enterprise and service project.

Elaine will be bringing her experience with Nia on the Rock, and Ageless Grace on the Rock. She will be bringing her profound, pungent and powerful force of Joy to the proverbial dance floor monthly. I will be bringing my own dance background and love for Salsa, line dancing and boxing.
