Some different technologies of steel making

1. The ORC Technology- Around 85% of all power generation comes through a mechanism called the Rankine Cycle, in which heat transforms to work. This system is dependent on water. Although the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) depends on a running turbo generator, it operates on the same principles as the Rankine Cycle. In the end, it converts heat energy into mechanical and electrical energy. The distinction is that the ORC technique vaporizes a natural liquid as opposed to producing steam from water.

2. Hybrit Process- Coke and iron ore are used in the traditional manufacturing of pig iron to remove oxygen, but this process also releases the dangerous gas carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The new generation process uses hydrogen, which can also be used to extract oxygen from iron ore, but the product is water vapor rather than carbon dioxide. Change current practices to get rid of typical restrictions on petroleum products. In this manner, the hybrid process concept completely transforms into green steel.

3. Molten Oxide Electrolysis- A novel electrometallurgical process known as molten oxide electrolysis enables the fast synthesis of metal in liquid form from oxide raw materials. It offers a significant reduction in the amount of energy needed for the process overall.

The rapid production of metal in the liquid state from oxide raw materials is made possible by the revolutionary electrometallurgical technique known as molten oxide electrolysis. It significantly reduces the overall amount of energy required for the process.

4. Jet Process- The Jet Process is one of the most recent developments for excellent converters. Over half of the population has achieved general competency, and a wide range of scrap rates can be managed in an incredibly profitable manner.
