Issue 056 some changes...

If you've been subscribed to my LinkedIn newsletter for some time, first of all may I thank you. I can't put into words what your loyalty means to me. You are here because you make a difference to learning and improvement work. I know you really care. I've mentioned before that lots has?changed in my family life over the last year or two. I'm changing my professional focus, too.?

I want to be available to make statements to the media and write for specialist publications even more. I have come to know this a way that I can have a positive impact. I've decided to increase the time and energy I am offering personally in my membership for SILP reviewers, Momentum. I want to be free to offer more one to one mentoring. I've introduced Mastermind Days. This all feels fresh and energising. I'm more hands on now with delivering reviews than I have been for some time.? For these reasons, I have decided to pause the Safeguarding and Domestic Abuse Sector podcast. It's not goodbye. At the end of season 4 I will take a break from recording new episodes. All of the goodness in seasons 1-4 will remain available. They are a top quality free resource and I invite you to dig in.?

So how about SILP School??

I have decided to pause?before I offer a further SILP School intake in 2025. If?other work streams take up space I will pause the SILP School offering. I wanted you to be the first to know. I know you rely on?having an opportunity to learn in this iconic university accredited training programme on a rolling basis. SILP School is newly?refilmed and energised.? We will offer SILP as planned in 2024. It won't be the end. I'm convinced of?the results it produces and I stand by it as a tool for transformation. Over 150 of you have used it to grow and develop their review practice, for which I thank you.? I will offer enough training to meet current demand. After that, it will be back. I will tell you when.?

DO YOU WANT TO BE SURE TO TRAIN IN SILP SCHOOL BEFORE WE PAUSE?
