Some of the applications have additional CI with exclamation marks appear on Service Mapping - Troubleshooting!

Analysis has been done on the issues of the Service Mapping on Application Service:

1. we have 4 MID Servers. Among them any one of the MID Server would be picked automatically during the Discovery/Service Mapping Process. On the MID Server “there are 2 unresolved issues . This is one of the reasons for this issues on the Service Maps has
2. We have fixed two issues on the Windows Servers by following the approach below:

1. Triggered the Horizontal Discovery on the Windows Servers through the MID Server “mid.server."
2. Upon Completion of Horizontal Discovery, triggered the Service Mapping Discovery on Application Service Mapping.
3. Issues of the application Service Map on the Windows Servers have been resolved.

Above mentioned Steps can be followed to fix the other issues. Might need further analysis based on the Discovery Error type. Service Maps have to be constantly monitored and maintained to avoid these issues…
