SOMALILAND OWN HOME-MADE NATIONAL RECONCILIATION ENTRENCHED IN SOMALILAND NATIONAL UNITY
Mr. Abdikarim Abdi Adan ( Somaliland Forever) - Stated, I am delighted to share this Article and salute our Leaders in Somaliland of all Parties, distinguished chiefs, sheikh, veteran peace campaigners for once again endorsing our own home made reconciliation strategy that in entrenched in our national unity.? Somaliland is a sovereign nation with its own home made Peace-building and national reconciliation,?with majority passionate to accomplish genuine reconciliation impact that bear fruits for Somaliland to declare as Independent republic without foreign forces or UN interventions. Once again Somalilanders?endorsing our own home made reconciliation strategy that in entrenched in national unity based on?Somaliland statehood as sovereign states among nations of the World.
The President of the Republic of Somaliland, HE Muse Bihi Abdi with Somaliland Vice-president of Somaliland , welcomed the leaders of the Official Opposition Parties and the National Mediation Delegation, and expressed his delight with?reconciliation undertaken by such distinguished Somaliland community leaders and the declare open the first meeting with Official Opposition parties.
First of all, Rt. Hon.?Saleban Mohamud Aden?the Speaker of the House of Elders of the Republic of Somaliland, who opened the meeting, stressed the importance of the parties resolving their differences in order to move forward, and called on the parties to compromise do for the sake of Somaliland.
The leaders of the opposition Parties Waddani and UCID, for their part, have expressed their commitment to a lasting solution to the current Political crisis and bring the parties closer together. After a long discussion, the chairman of UCID, Eng. Faisal Hussein (Faysal Ali Warabe), the chairman of WADDANI party, Mr. Hirsi Ali Haji Hassan and the Presidential candidate of WADDANI party, Mr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Cirro) who all spoke at the meeting, announced that they are ready to participate at this special and unique Somaliland own Reconciliation Meeting.?
As a result of the talks Somaliland Opposition Party leaders declare , they will do everything in their power to end to the disagreement and start the country's electoral process.
Chairing the meeting, The President of the Republic of Somaliland, HE Muse Bihi Abdi, stated that he was committed to resolving the conflict and addressing the concerns of the Opposition Parties, and that it was imperative that everyone take responsibility for reaching a mutually acceptable solution.

2 年In order to get some political compromise, we need to cut the root of the evil which is tribalism and injustice. Mr Bihi is a divisive figure and as such he is rehearsing all the time some kind of grudge against his own people. With his presidency, Somaliland regressed and lost cohesiveness. Mr Bidi can’t be simultaneously the problem and the solution. Somaliland will pitifully be in this state of division as long as this tribal mindset is the de facto rule.
