New City IN EGYPT!!
I am thrilled to see the news that Saudi Arabia is investing in building a new city in Egypt. This is a great step forward for Peace on Earth by 2027. Other countries should start thinking about the future rather than trying to go back to a time they thought was perfect. This is great for both countries. I am hoping that they will include at least 2 orphanages according to my designs that will pay for themselves within 10 years by also offering online education that is paid for according to means. The UN discovered something about illiterate people...They are great pretenders and think education is just for children. When the countries that participated in passing out laptop computers to all of their children AND! allowed them to take the computers home...they discovered that someone was accessing the computers late at night while the children were sleeping. This told us that the way to educate illiterate adults is online where nobody knows and they can not be made fun of.
Today is just one step closer to Peace but what these 2 great countries will do is give the World hope that these new cities can be built anywhere in the World. Proof that there is more money to be made in Peace than in war. Perhaps I can also persuade the great people of Saudi Arabia to show California how to build buildings on sand. They built a very tall building that is now starting to sink because it was built on land that was originally swamp. I would suggest installing at least 10 feet deep gravel unders the building. Start with 10 feet thick floor of the strongest concrete with 3 feet thick concrete walls around with imbedded 6 inch long pipes about 2 feet from the concrete floor, make these walls 10 ft. high. The same pipes should be located 2 feet from the top where you will finally put 3 feet of concrete under the first 10 feet of the building on the side closest to ground level which is directly opposite of the sinking side. Then use heavy nylon twisted ropes to pull the building up on the side that is sinking until the building is level. Now in order to move the rope you will need to construct a tower scaffold about 10 feet higher than the building on the side that has sunk. Since I do not know the surrounding buildings, you will need to build as many as required about 10 feet apart to keep the massive rope level on its way to the biggest wench you can find to install 20 feet higher than the side of the building that has not sunk.
