Like most cities, Dublin in Ireland, where I am currently living, is under quarantine due to the CoronaVirus(COVID-19) pandemic. At times this may be understandable, but it is also an opportunity for those who want to take advantage and study a little.
Today I spent some time on LinkedIn Learning's doing the course of Customer Service Foundations by instructor Jeff Toister.
In this course, he approaches in a very didactic way several fascinating situations for those who already work or want to work with Customer Service. But I recommend this course to all people because I think it is possible to explore the techniques presented to be used in any area where it is necessary to solve problems.
