Board of Advisors (minus one!)

Solving Problems & Gaining Perspectives

It's amazing to reflect on where I was in January 2022 to where I am now just one year later. Thanks to an amazing group of friends and opportunities, I have achieved much in a short time. One of my proudest moments so far was being invited to join the board of advisors for the Entrepreneur Media Mastermind Series! The CMO Mastermind event was the first in the series and was filled with talented CMOs from the franchising industry. It was an honor to be with this group last week.

With our speakers, Jason Feifer and Logan Stout

This event was unique and worthwhile. Instead of listening to multiple talks and/or panels, we got to solve real challenges together. I love problem-solving and this event gave me the chance to gain new perspectives and insights. Dedicating two days to tackle current challenges in our roles and coming up with potential solutions through open discussions and brainstorming was a valuable experience. Ryan Shea said it best: "franchising is a special industry because we share ideas and view it as moving the industry forward, not competition." Jason Feifer brought energy and thought-provoking questions, while keynote Logan Stout shared his vulnerability and passion for visionary leadership.

After we solved the world's problems, we got to go snow shoeing!

CMOs: If you missed the first Mastermind event, don't miss the next one! The intimate setting and discussions with peers offers unbeatable professional development. And Sundance Mountain Resort as the backdrop? Amazing.
