Solve it or leave it, but don't live with a problem

If you are in a lot of mess for whatever reason, someone died, relationship broke, you fucked up a year at school, you got fired, all the emotions are likely going to hit you like a cricket bat straight away. It will bitch slap the muck out of you. It will feel massively overwhelming. When you should be looking for a job or studying for an exam, you end up watching a Ted talk YouTube clip, or worse, a meme review or one of those weird ass vloggers. You will feel “motivational” for a good 5 minutes until sadness kicks in again. You need to do so much. But you'll only do so little.

The way to survive a hard difficult time in your life, and battle the feeling of overwhelmed, is to cut your problem in 100s of parts. Lower the expectations. Do a bit every day, because after you got bitch slapped, you want to go back to your good days straight away. But brother, it ain't fucking working like that. You overcome a hard time in your life, by doing small bits every day, and expanding that little by little.

There tend to be crests and troughs as we progress through life. When you find yourself in a fix, try to take into account aspects of the situation which lie under your control. Some things may be beyond your control, and it helps to re-examine one’s efforts and channelise the energy towards problem solving. Call forth your strengths and appraise your resources while analysing how they can be utilised to solve the problem. Rely on your support systems and work towards looking at the problem through different perspectives in order to come to a solution. Amidst the problems, remember that taking one step at a time can be beneficial. Additionally, foster a sense of hope and optimism by viewing problems as challenges, and stepping stones towards growth.

Here are my pointers, written in 10 minutes, to dealing with your daily life problems: Wake up early. Get to sleep at a decent time (between 10pm - 11pm is recommended). Stay hydrated throughout the day. Have last meal of the day before 8 pm. Eat well - avoid excessive carbohydrate consumption. Walk briskly for at least 20 minutes every day. Maintain routine/structure in your days (even your days off, to some extent). Don’t schedule your day so that you have a crap day and then get to spend time of an evening wasting precious hours on the meaningless and expedient. Schedule the day you want to have!

Prioritise your priorities. Put the things you need to do, before the things you want to do. Spend money on what you need to spend it on, before what you want to spend it on. Don’t say “yes” to everything; saying “yes” too often leaves you in time debt to others. Time is currency. Spent it wisely. Say no, if you don’t perceive a personal or meaningful benefit to your time (and think careful about what a personal and meaningful benefit is, before you misinterpret this as being innately selfish).

Plunge into stressful situations from time to time. Don’t run from stress - embrace the journey so that you might appreciate the calm that follows the storm. Take an ice cold shower once in a while - if you’re feeling stressed out I find it incredibly grounding and powerful experience (hell, if you can survive 5 minutes in the freezing cold, testing your will to the utmost extreme, you’ll surely not experience anything more stressful than that in your entire week, right?

You know that the 50% of the problems lie within us only, I saw in one Indian TV serial where a man is having some personal problems and he overreacts, he over thinks, oversee issues in his life, and many times due to these issues, pressures he just forgets about enjoying, He talks rudely to others due to all this, And watching this I realise my problems are not that big I'm just making it so by overthinking, over reacting and over struggling to resolve them, Well, that's human behaviour, so rather than overthinking, we should be calm and handle it with patience!

Nothing changes without pressure. God knows what He’s doing. If He promoted you before you were ready, it wouldn’t be a blessing; it would be a burden. You wouldn’t be able to handle it. He has to get you prepared for what He has in store. David wouldn’t have become King without Goliath. Quit worrying about who’s not for you. Some enemies are designed as a part of your destiny. They’re not going to stop you, they’re going to promote you. Everyone is not supposed to like you. You can’t reach your destiny without opposition.

Let it go and live out of a place of peace. It may have been meant for your harm, but God is going to turn it for your good. Every failure is preparing you. You can’t be so afraid of failure that you don’t get out of your comfort zone. You will learn more through failure than you will through success. Don’t let the fear of what other people think hold you back. You’re not going to give an account to people for what you did with your life; you’re going to give an account to God. Cheers!

True ??, God also says that " nothing can be done for past, always work in present, next breath will come or not, it depends on me " We should never see our past if it was not good, so if we are having problems, then we have to solve, or leave, if we live with problems or past that was not good, we will unable to focus on our work at present. Always work with determination to won in all situations and never surrender before any situation, we will always get success may it take a little bit of time. God always remains showering his blessings on us, it depends on us how early we feels his blessings.
