Solutions of managing kids in 2021

We all know that how much we love our kids but at the same time we want them to inculcate the best of human qualities. We have grown with some qualities as our parents taught us and we listened and adopted some or many qualities to live life fully and how to respect parents , elders and listen to them. The generation of '70s to 90's still learnt many qualities from their parents. The new generation we are witnessing with many challenges but in my view, Today's if managed well timely we can solve those issues.

Today's generation is getting all the amenities which we never got like AC, Good house, car, Shopping mall, Vacations, and good education. I am referring here middle class and lower-middle-class families plus well-to-do families. Today child has enough knowledge unlike the earlier period of our generation. Our focus area was school and books. We used to praise somebody who used to carry knowledge through books. Today's child can with a click of a button on the laptop find out any information about the world. So imparting knowledge is not a solution here. Teaching life managing skills and respecting and acknowledgment is key here.

In my view we should channelize their time in a productive manner, as covid 19 will gradually reduce again we have to move them back to the ground to play, learn new skills like music, singing or any other hobbies. Sitting on a laptop is mentally not making their mind expand. Mobile habits can be reduced when we put their energy outside the home than on laptop or mobile. We should put them on exercising by going together with them. We should use less mobile to convince them that they should also spend time.

Also if make them as friends and discuss topics related to music, religion, politics, career and life managing skills by talking to them on regular basis. This will help a lot. Today both the parents have no time. They spend time at work or on also mobile phones. So sparing some time for kids is going to help a lot. Take them to religious and historical places and make them aware off by hiring the right guide to explain the history of that historical place in detail. All this will help. But it should be done in a planned manner. The most important point here is to correct their thought on any situation if you feel it is wrong. Explain the pros and cons in detail rather than stopping them not to do. Today's child has enough information which he can source from the internet so proper parental coaching and proper explanation are also required to make them convincing.
