Solutions after a Consult?

Solutions after a Consult?

Ideally, we all want to have a solution in record time.?

A definitive answer to propel us in the right direction. With tools that are tailored to our issues and ailments.?

When our car breaks down, a garage is the first thing we think about to get it sorted.

When we financially slide towards the abyss, we seek out help from advisors who can advise and recommend ways to avoid taking desperate measures.

And when we just do not feel like performing at peak levels, we aim to seek professional recommendations from the medical world.

The first two examples have tangible value. Common practices from previous experiences resulting in a positive turn-around or testing the disruptions in real-time make it so much easier to detect the issue at large. Just two examples, but the same goes for many other aspects of our lives.?

A couple of car key turns to hear where the rumble under the bonnet is coming from. And a possible solution is presented.?

Just going through the expenses and income and a way out of the potential misery of selling something or deciding that those excessive business dinners may need to be slightly downgraded. A solution may be there.

I deeply respect the medical world and the work doctors and general practitioners deliver. These ladies and gentlemen are there to make us better through whatever means they have at their disposal. Many of these professionals will go the extra mile for the betterment of their clients.?

But a consult of 5 minutes does not always give them an immediate solution. They do what they can with the time they have. Getting our intangible issues sorted – versus more tangible matters – may not reveal the solution.

When reading about the number of medical consultations done annually, the statistics show a rise. Many of these consults are not because of a faulty sparkplug or that extra hire that was not needed.

Because people live a lifestyle that cannot be captured by simply having a 5-minute chat. These professionals in hospitals and clinics do not have the time and tools to dig deeper into finding the root cause.?

They probably see 30 patients a day!

Health coaches have proven to bridge the gap – from assistance in lowering cholesterol levels, moving more, or finding ways to get you back into a sleep rhythm that may not always need a pill.?

Yes, we do have the time, and we may show you your blind spots, of why you flood your engine or may need to cancel that extra credit card.
