PUBLIC SPEAKING TIP
A great way to minimize sweaty palms before speaking is to rub a small amount of antiperspirant on your hands the night before your presentation. Antiperspirant isn’t just for underarms—it helps block sweat glands on your palms too.
If you’re already feeling the nerves right before going on stage, try pressing your palms firmly against your thighs for a few seconds or holding a cool object, like a cold water bottle, to help regulate your body temperature.
