Namrata – Good Evening Sir !!

Sudhanshu – A Very Good Evening !! How have you been doing ??

Namrata – I am Ok !! I don’t know why I am lost and confused most of the times ….. lost and confused ………. !!!!!

Sudhanshu – This is not your problem ……………. It is the problem of your generation ……….. for this you are not to be blamed ……… it is the so called elders ………. and what do you call ……. These tekhedars ( contractors of society ) – Politicians, Academicians …..Parents ……. The education system ….. the modern day culture at large ……. etc etc …….!!!!??? This is the problem of lack of internal clarity amongst you guys. Solutions to all external problems or as you call ‘confusions’ and ‘being lost’ will come from internal clarity and not pathological external interventions, which people are doing generally these days.

Namrata – Who will give this internal clarity ???? And from where do we get this ??

Sudhanshu – This is a million dollar question !!!! Who should give this ………… this is the job of so called elders ………. In a crude form – tehkedars or contractors of the society ……… as I have mentioned above ………………. Par inkee salo kee khud ki in iternal clarity nahin hai ………… ye doosro ki kya denge ……………. they themselves are living their lives as – running like a bull in a china shop !!

Namrata – Then what should we do???

Sudhanshu – Question Them !!! Question your elders – teachers, parents, politicians ………….. If they are able to give clarity then ok but if not embarrass them about their ignorance ………… and lack of clarity ……….. and condemn their senseless ways of living their lives. Develop an attitude of questioning - this is the only to reach your Truth.

Namrata – Sir the environment these days is so bad – it overpowers you ……..Umm…..!!! You can’t question people – they get offended ……..!!!!!

Sudhanshu – Have a strong will !! Be courageous !! Questioning is the only way to put these blighter in place. I will tell one thing – during my schooldays one teacher did not encourage students asking questions - He used to retort to them – ‘Your question does not merit a reply’. For him the question has to have some sense – old school of thought. But modern day teaching says – ‘Even the most silliest question has to be answered – you never know a silly question often leads to wisdom. In modern day brainstorming ( though I am against Brainsorming ) – even a silliest question is valid question and has to be answered, no matter what ! And if the student is not able to ask an intelligent question – he should be taught to ask a intelligent question. But irony these days is that these academicians or so called elders themselves don’t know how to ask intelligent insigthtful questions.

Namrata – Sir – please tell me how to ask an intelligent question !!!!

Sudhanshu – Namrata – your question should not come from your mind’s so called premise of Brain Storming – because then it will have shallowness and biases of your ego. Your question should emanate from the premise of Brainstilling – The internal silence – then your question would be objective and intelligent. And nobody can dare not to answer that …… !!!

Namrata – So questions would give internal clarity ??

Sudhanshu – You must live in questions !! It is the very ability to question and not really the answer which gives you wisdom. Aur ek baat aur mein aap ko batao – If your question is genuine and pure – you will get your answer from within you – rather than anybody else giving the answer. I will tell you a truth – 99% of my questions get an answer from within myself !!

Namrata - Questioning is one thing – What else …..?????

Sudhanshu – Along with questioning mind you should have a meditative mind. Go within yourself and be in inner silence. With a meditative mind if you go within – you will encounter two states –

1. Object full Awareness

2. Objectless Awareness

The first awareness will give what Buddhist call- MINFULLNESS. Thgis is also called conditional Awareness. You will be aware of your existential nature. Your mind will be where you are. This awareness will make you Mindful – and this will help you understand your problem objectively. Once objectivity comes in your understanding – internal clarity will start.

Namrata – What is Objectless Awareness ??

Sudhanshu – Objectless Awareness is a more deeper state of being. It is Pure Awareness. This is Life’s most subtlest expression. This is our Swaroopa – Sat Chit Ananda !! In this state of Truth – everything that is happening around you comes in your awareness with its clarity and objectivity. The entire clutter of mind body intellect is gone and replaced with Blissful Awareness. You are the Eternal Infinite space. This is the most subtle Realization of SELF. All your gross existence is gone. The more subtle the existence of your life the more internal clarity you will have. Aap ne kabhi Space ki awaaz suni hai !! Abhi maine kasha SPACE is the most sublest existence – hamare jo 5000 years old rishi muni theh – unho ne ye awaaz suni – because of their heightened objectless awareness ( As written in Vedas) – that SOUND OF SPACE IS CALLED – ANAHAT NAAD in Sanskrit. This is the most sublest sound in the Universe – the sound of space. From this level of awareness just see where your life has gone – Say about fifty years ago – people loved soft music – classical, thumri dadra ….etc etc in western music – symphonies of Beethovan, Mozart, Soft western – Jose Feliciano, Carpenters,…….. Etc etc – see the Bollywood songs of those days – that was subtle music . And see the music today – Loud – 10,000 Watts or even more – cacophony , and even that is not enough to add further - psychedelics . This is not music – but the baser and grosser existence of Human Madness !! From subtle we are moving towards gross. The more grosser you are the more bigger idiot you are, the more subtle you are the more wise you are !! A heightened level of awareness will give you internal clarity. Extent to which you are aware – is the extent to which you are alive. Try to hear the sound of waterfall. Try to hear your breath. Try to hear the sound of your heartbeat , which sometimes you do. And if you could hear that then try to hear the sound of the blood flow in your veins and arteries. Move from gross to subtle – the more you move towards subtle – the internal silence would give you internal clarity !!

Namrata – O VOW …….. The world I see ……. And the world you narrate and make us see –there is a big difference … !!!

Sudhanshu – There is no VOW in this all those things which I tell you are in scriptures ………. In our 5000 years old cultural traditions which nobody reads and reflects ………. As they all are moving towards madness and insanity !!!

Namrata – Why do say, madness and insanity ????!!!!

Sudhanshu – Madness toh hai hee !! Just see these Politicians, Corporate Guys, Academicians etc etc kisi mein aapko internal clarity diktee hai. …….

Namrata – How does one know that …????

Sudhanshu – AMANITVAM – This is a Sanskrit word for Humility. Internal clarity is synonymous with Humility. Jo pedh phalo se ladha hota hai wohn jukha hota ha !! A wise person is humble and quiet. And you see these modern managers all bloated with ego.

Namrata –Humility will have to be practised on large scale !!

Sudhanshu – Good Qualities are never cultivated by practice – they are to be embedded in the inner self through understanding and reflection – which will give it permanence !!

Namrata – I still feel the environment is very challenging.

Sudhanshu – Corner the top boss and management – they are the ones who create the culture. Staff is never bad – it’s the management which is not on the track !! Right kind of culture can be set by right kind of people. For years I thought about some close people – they were Good !! But they had masked themselves - I took me, and a person like me, couple of years to see their real face. What to talk of common man. Innocent They …….!!!!!

I will tell you the description and modus operandi of a model Academic Leadership of today though exceptions are there – Fully loaded with ego – After working for many number of years –The Leadership says it is almost difficult in this country – to build a world class academic institution. Chalo woh to pata hee thah – Jab apne ko nahin bana paa rahe ho toh University ko kya banao ge !!

Namrata – Sir apne ko nahin bana pa rahe ho – kya matlab ???

Sudhanshu – To understand this – Just see the modus operandi of this Model of Academic Leadership (The Principal) –

Steps 1 – Find out the weakness of the promoter and blackmail him.

Step 2- According him/her the core team should have people like Gadhas – who can work like donkeys without questioning him/ her.

Step 3- Find out a Gadha and appoint him as Headmaster. So that the Principal is secure –use him to bully other –and since he/she is a gadha – nobody to question the Principal’s Supremacy !!

Step 4 – Find out a Gadhiya – Appoint her as Headmistress – to carry out sadist and dull jobs which are meaningless and to be a good sycophant to Leadership.

Step 5. – Extract Money from promoters black mailing them and distribute among Gadhas and Gadhiyas of the Organisation who are Principal’s ass lickers !!

Step 6- Then make that Gadha and Gadhiya fight with each other. And they will fight because they are gadha and Gadhias – highlighting and pointing out each other’s mistakes to their supreme boss – the Gadha superior. Organisation becomes the dirty competition of the two . With Gadha Superior presiding over the two. Gadha superior’s job profile – Handling inter- personal dynamics of The Headmaster (The Gadha ) and Headmistress ( The Gadhiya ). And the strategic Growth of the School goes to Dogs – in the hands of these dog like Managers !! Oh I forgot even the Dogs are superior – rather goes in the hands of Gadha Like Managers !! According to this Model of Academic Leadership – The Modern day School should be Managed by Gadhas from whom you could extracr work like you do with Gadhas !!

The Model of Leadership I am talking about - these are Good Academicians of this country – for the rest of the country it is even worse generally – some exceptions are there – Toh Baaki country ka Mashaallah kya haal hoga !!

So this is the state of affairs today – QUESTION THESE BLIGHTERS – and get the truth out of them.

Thousands of students going abroad – a heavy burden on foreign exchange – and then facing all kinds of problems – like racism etc – and yes Brain Drain. And these blighter armed with big big degrees –with rich experience of Nonsense – fooling around and saying – World Class University is Difficult !!

Namrata – Oh my God Sordid state of Affairs !!!

Sudhanshu – So start questioning these Managers of society today – otherwise everything is this country will become like the Smog of Delhi – Suffocating to breathe – and no solution in sight – and situation worsening and people suffering and dying !!

These blighter have to realize what they are doing – They know not what they are doing !!

NAMRATA – Sir Ye toh aapne elders ke liye kaha – Kucch revolution jaisi baat lagti hai !! Please advise from a simple students perspective – how they should handle the problems they are facing because of your above narrative which you just told – How should they handle these problems internally maintaining peace and progressing further !! Besides questioning and internal clarity- Kuch simple bataiye - Students Perspective !! Simpletons Perspective …… ???!!!!!

Sudhanshu – I will tell you what I do – that is a good student perspective -

There are no problems only opportunities !!

Do you believe in problems ? Have you been conditioned to think that problems are necessary, unavoidable and natural part of life ? Can you even conceive of life with no problems ? Problems are society’s number one employer. Society is full of trouble shooters, consultants, specialists , experts, diplomats and counselors. Imagine no problems !

My psychology research and reading / training was all about problems. I played ‘spot the problem’ with everyone. Anyone without a problem was dismissed as being in denial, repressed or dead. After reading a lot of psychology literature I became cautioned to believe that everything is a potential problem. I remember once reading psychology paper on the dangers of laughter. Apparently excessive laughing may, in certain conditions, cause high blood pressure. A psychologist without a problem is like a dog without a bone.

Problems are not natural. They are evidence of internal conflict. My work has taught me that any problem is on one level a form of self attack. Problems give life to your negative thoughts; they compound your belief in struggle; they confirm unworthiness; and they incite yet more fear. It is possible, however, to give your problems a higher purpose. As I would say you can use problems as opportunities ‘to grow , prosper, and free.’ All these problems created by these blighter have been my opportunities.

The moment you make anything into a ‘problem’, you define yourself as a victim. Notice how your perception is full of fear, doubt and anxiety. Consciously and unconsciously you are working overtime to look for pain, pitfalls, and unhappy endings. On the other hand, the moment you make anything into ‘opportunity ‘ you open yourself up again to inspiration, gift , lessons , new options and a way out.

There are no problems only opportunities. This is what a true alchemists believes. One of my favorite authors, Ernest Hemingway, advised writers to use every joy, every pain and every experience as an aid to write better. Similarly, it is possible to use everything that happens to you as an opportunity to live better. The key is to stay open for long enough.

Think of a current ‘problem’ in your life. Call it an opportunity. Be open for a possible gift. Perhaps it is really an opportunity to communicate better, ask for help or try something new. Or maybe it is an opportunity to be honest, authentic, and more open. Or maybe it is an opportunity for surrender, prayer, healing, miracles and genuine soul guidance.

Be open for better way. Be willing to look at it differently. Sometimes a really ‘big’ problem can be overcome with a really ‘small’ shift in perception. Be willing also to go for higher thought. It was Einstein who said, ‘No problem is solved at the same level it was created at’.

Learn to tackle problems. Sometimes people are problems – use them as stepping stones for your understanding of life – and then discard them as tissue paper. They are not worth anything more than that. They are idiots –otherwise they would not have been the part of problem but rather solution. Use your intellect to handle them. If you are not able to do that, get into Divine Grace to take charge and handle the problem through prayers. Nobody is helpless - the prayers of God are with every being.

From now on, train your mind to believe that there are no problems, only opportunities.

Take charge of your mind !! Mind always has to be in Bliss !!
