?? We live in the middle of an employment crisis. The older you get, the worse the impact.
Consider the options:
?? Corporations kill the opportunity to feel purpose, independence, and control
?? Private equity doesn't care about building a company for their employees or customers
?? Startups want people willing to trade money for experience and future promise of riches
Self-employment seems promising but won't work for most people. We surveyed solopreneurs, and 80% reported not making enough income to cover their desired lifestyle.
Why?
“What they want is 10-steps to this, 4-steps to that, a better ad, or a doohickey they can stick up on their website for better conversions.†- Dan Kennedy
That's right. It's our fault. We want immediate gratification.
The solopreneur support industry happily obliges with solutions designed to be easily sold, but that don't solve core problems, are comprehensive enough, or priced too low to work.
Is the answer to be more organized?
NO
Better LinkedIn posts?
NO
Is it to network more?
NO
What about sales skills?
NO
What about passive income from digital products?
NO NO NO
What then?
The solution comes from building a company as unique as you, learning from your ideal customers what they want and need, and building it with them not for them.
It's impossible to replicate you, know what you know, and serve others like you serve.
Why doesn't everybody do this?
Is it a lack of knowledge?
Maybe, but I'm not sure that's quite the problem.
I've created a unique company born from inside me, learning from videos, conversations, digital courses, books, seminars, podcasts, social posts, and free workshops.
Then I dove deep into learning working systems, content design, building connections, and sales approaches, among many critical tactical skills.
I had very little modern knowledge or experience when I started this project over two years ago, despite a lifetime of self-employment success building businesses.
The information is out there. It's everywhere. It's mostly free.
So, why the crises then?
Here is why 80% of self-employed people will never create a company that provides enough income to support their lifestyle without sacrificing happiness.
?? They are not willing to master the nuances required to be successfully self-employed and won't accept that success requires the ability to take risks and be uncomfortable
?? They do not realize that personal transformation is at the heart of any business development or support system, although on its own won't teach you how to make money
?? They are not willing to dig deep inside and find their core power, impact, purpose, zone of genius, natural market, point of view, stories, and blockers that must be overcome
?? They are not willing to create daily practices that include developing personal connection, work rituals, and revitalization approaches to stay motivated without drift
?? They are not willing to lead in public and create their own signature event, workshop, or podcast and avoid building a core high-quality platform such as a newsletter or YouTube
Add to that the inability most people have to stop the internal mind madness that keeps them from finding root causes to problems, focusing direction, planning and taking smart action.

There is no excuse for staying powerless, stuck, or wasting time on a business that does not support your desired lifestyle or does not make you happy, however you define that term.
Within thirty minutes you can find podcasts, YouTube channels, and books written by experts able to tell you exactly how to do virtually anything that you could possibly want.
The problem is time, interest, and focus. I've mastered the domain, done the work, and built the solution. Want to shortcut the path to self-employment mastery?
Here are the key areas that we will explore to get on the right track.
?? Build your business from the inside out, including knowing why you are here, the impact that you naturally make, what work you want to do, who you want to be around, where you are going, how you sabotage yourself, and virtually anything you can use from deep inside
?? Create your product and delivery system with the market. Become the world's leading expert on the thoughts, beliefs, biases, patterns, habits, economic limitations, desires, interests, thought leaders, false prophets, and everything else happening in your market
?? Design your offer, product, and delivery systems to connect your inside with the outside, that you now know as a masterful leader. Create a new and better vehicle, but deliver exactly what your people want, need, and must have to succeed, not what you think works best
?? Build a system to connect you with less effort and struggle on your part into the inner circles of your market. Know the thought leaders, partners, and clients well. Be there all the time without being there. Circle them with your signature event, core content, and meetings
?? Structure your business to work for you on your own terms. Know what work you want to do, how you want to live, your energy and limitations, financial needs, natural working styles, interest in sales versus delivery, staying solo or finding a partner, and scaling or not
?? Oversubscribe your offering. Build enough market leadership where you will turn away clients that you don't want, charge more than everybody else, deliver more value, become in demand, only network if you feel like it, and have enough connections where you can do it
You can't do this in a week in 7 easy steps using a doohickey guaranteed to convert that you hang on your website, or embed into your social media posts.
It IS possible in 90 days to build a system that allows you to move in this direction. We call that project the Solopreneur Organic Prospect Farm?
I've opened sixteen hours week to work with the group, provide plenty of one-to-one support, built a one step at a time procedural process to make it easy to move quickly.
Who should and who should not learn more about this?
? You already have a real expertise that brings value to the marketplace that you created, or built such as coaching, consulting, or service delivery programs, or serious ideas for them
? You do not need immediate short-term financial results to pay your mortgage, or solve an immediate crisis situation. You may make money right away. But, that should not be urgent.
? You are willing to master the nuances of self-employment, show up big in public as a leader, and won't spin in circles inside your head unwilling to change or do hard things
That's all it takes to succeed.
Let's solve the self-employment problem permanently. Screw the corporations, private equity firms, and startups that don't provide what you want or need.

He nailed it right here.
I'm telling the truth. It may hurt my short-term financial results. I'm good with that. He did it and succeeded. I'll do the same. I'll never be good at the marketing trick show. Why try?

This guy is a killer marketer.
I've worked through Breakthrough Advertising by Eugene Schwartz. He took this idea from the book.
Mechanism is the vehicle that connects market desire with your product. What Todd teaches is that differentiation comes from finding unique difference from inside your product.
I'm teaching people to create a company from the inside out.
That's my unique mechanism.
It's about activating power sources inside the person, not merely finding your purpose, passion, or life mission. That helps but for me didn't get traction in the market.
