Solon, Mason & Dublin middle school students win Ohio MATHCOUNTS

Of the 71 students participating in the virtual Ohio MATHCOUNTS competition in March, four took top individual honors. Solon Middle School students Devin Lim (1st place in Ohio) and Emir Naduvil (2nd place), Mason Middle School’s Harshita C. Ganga (3rd place) and Dublin Grizzell Middle School’s Reese Zong (4th place) advanced to the national finals.

“Just as most everything in our lives has changed with the pandemic, it was an unusual competition year,” said 2021 EFO President Richard Miller, PE. “We are proud of all the competitors for adapting and persevering to make it fun and successful. And a special congratulations to the top four!”
