And it is people that make organisations what they are. In our case, we simply say: Sollers. Driven by People.

We have believed this unquestionable truth for all 20+ years of our history. And these are not just empty words. How could we have finished hundreds of transformation projects, successful go-lives and cooperate with 100+ financial groups without a dedicated and happy Sollers Team?
Our team and values are the keystones of our success, so we regularly check to make sure we are faithful to both. The?Sollers themselves (yes, that’s what we call ourselves) also feel that they are the most valuable asset and the focus for the company. Here is why.
