1 Registration Guide

1.1 Installer Registration

The installer creates an account on SolisCloud in the normal way.

Steps

1. Enter(www.ginlongcloud.com”), Click [Register ] to enter the registration interface

2. Select to register the organization, you can choose to register with your mobile phone number or email. After filling in the relevant information, read and agree to the user privacy agreement to complete the registration. The organization code is automatically generated by the system, you can click the update button to change the organization code (only before the registration is completed).

1.2 Owner Registration

The owner creates an account on SolisCloud in the normal way.

2. Select the registered owner, you can choose to register with your mobile phone number or email. After filling in the relevant information read and agree to the user privacy agreement to complete the registration.

2 Migration guide

If you want to switch from Solis Home /Solis Pro and Solarman Platform to SolisCloud Platform, you need to migrate your account and power station. There are 3 types of migration.

2.1 Unaware migration (silent migration)

You can use the account and password of Solis Home /Solis Pro or Solarman Platform to log in directly on the SolisCloud Platform. If SolisCloud finds that the current website does not have an account, it will automatically trigger the migration. If the customer's email/username is registered with both Solis Pro and Solis Home accounts, SolisCloud will only migrate and retain the installer account.

2.2 Sentient migration (migration when not logged in)

When using the web version, there is a data migration option in the upper right corner of the portal page. Using this option, customers can choose the corresponding migration type according to the nature of their accounts. Different from the unaware migration, if the customer's email/username is registered with two accounts of the Solis Pro and the Solis Home, they can choose to migrate one of the accounts.

2.3 Sentient migration (migration within the account after the installer logs in)

For installer users, after logging in to the account, data migration can be performed on the Service-Data Migration page. Installers can help their customers with the migration.
