Solidiance expands to the Middle East with new office opened in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

I am delighted to announce that Solidiance has expanded our presence into the Middle East and that we have opened a full-fledged office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates in 2015. This marks our first official foray into "Western Asia" (aka. The Middle East !) to strengthen our commitment to remain the Number One Asia-focused growth strategy consulting firm. This office is instrumental in our efforts to help our clients traverse the revived "Silk Road", with a foothold and ears-to-the-ground in markets spanning the entire continent. Solidiance can now support our clients in your growth ambitions from Turkey to the Yangtze, from Dubai to Shanghai,  and from Jordan to Japan.

The GCC region has awarded USD 86 Billion worth of infrastructure projects in 2014 alone, and China has committed to spending USD 113 Billion in infrastructure projects to revive the modern "Silk Road" and improve road, rail and internet mobility between East and West Asia. Amidst the GCC's stable macroeconomic backdrop, and the lure of tempting emerging markets such as Turkey, or post-sanction promises of Iran - the region is ripe with opportunity for  growth. Solidiance aims to better support our Fortune 500 and regional conglomerate clients by delivering our corporate strategy advisory services right from within these hot regional markets, led by our West Asia regional HQ in Abu Dhabi. That won't be all -  there are more offices to come in the near future.

Erika Welch, Solidiance's Regional Director of Business Development for the Middle East will lead the regional operations, and I myself, as Group CEO, am spending significant time between Singapore and Abu Dhabi to underline the company's commitment to the region, and maximize growth opportunities here. As per Solidiance's standard business model, we are building a regional consulting team with local talents; our team already includes Arabs, Iranians, and Kazakhstanis, thus far.

The UAE office is Solidiance's 10th flag planted across Asia; our network now boasts a very comprehensive coverage of Asia with seven offices in Southeast Asia including our group HQ in Singapore where we were born, plus our offices in Shanghai and New Delhi. The work we have already started in the Middle East region over the past few months is testament to the growth potential of this part of Asia, and the appetite our clients have for this region. We are also very happy to be able to work so closely with Middle Eastern clients, that are now seeking growth opportunities in ASEAN.
