A Solid Win: Zoom Out Zoom In

A sure sign you'll be winning, while so much is shifting around you, is a ‘Zoom Out Zoom In’ practice.

Zooming out to fully see the context.

Zooming in to deeply understand what actually matters.?

The Zoom out practice, I like to utilise the STEEPLE framework, where we look at the full context of Social factors, Technological factors, Environmental, Economic, Political, Legal and Ethical factors.

Zooming in, bringing that all in, we look at:

Who am I being in this context?

How am I feeling in this context?

What am I thinking in this context?

And, most importantly with all of that,

What am I going to be doing in this context?

?

What I suggest, in the coming week, think about existing cycles you have and where you can actually bring this practice into your weekly reviews, your monthly, quarterly and strategic cycle reviews.
