A solid win in shifting times is releasing our mental picture that always connects progress with adding.

I know it's coming at us all the time.

This adding comes at us through education.

It comes at us through strategy consultants.

It comes at us through tech sales.

We also know, deeply embedded in our culture is the celebration of leaders who launch things; where we don't see the same celebration for leaders, shifting the now redundant.
