It took 3 weeks and 3 days for my piece of checked luggage to be returned to me after a last minute flight cancellation at Heathrow on December 16th. While there is a happy ending to the story, by moving into the 21st century with our technology at airports, there is a way to alleviate baggage breakdowns by using #blockchain technology.
