Product Composition
1.Boom body: made of PVC double-sided coated high strength waterproof cloth, oil-resistant/sun-resistant/high strength/long life; its skirt is concave, oil-retardant performance is good; its appearance is smooth, conducive to oil conduction/easy to clean.
2.Float: Cylindrical (cross-wood type), with a larger buoyancy reserve; water drop type (tumbler type) is more stable in the rapids. The above two kinds of floats are available. The flexible section between the floats makes the product more wave-multiplying.
3.Connectors: Universal connectors, easy and fast links.
4.Force components: Ridge rope (top/middle/bottom, 3 pieces), reinforcing belt and counterweight chain form oil-stagnant concave surface in water and underwater respectively with the action of water flow, which has good oil-stagnant performance.
Commonly used specifications are 20m per section, which can be customized according to length.
Scope of application
Solid float type PVC boom is an economical and universal oil fence, especially suitable for long-term oil spill containment and other floating objects interception control in quiet coastal waters. It is widely used in the treatment of inland pollutant discharge/water source/intake/rivers, lakes and offshore oil drilling platforms.
